Michael became intrigued with photography at a young age. It started in 1983 with a Canon AL-1 and a curiosity about the world as seen through a lens. Over the next four decades, Michael has channeled that passion into a photography career that has taken him from sporting events into homes across the region.

Michael began shooting professionally in 2006, covering marathons, triathlons, cycling events and, as a photographer for local newspapers. He went on to build Action Media LLC., which grew to be the most recognized and utilized sports action photography business in Arizona. He also directed media teams for live high school sports broadcasts — work that demanded split-second timing, technical mastery, and the ability to perform under pressure. When group sporting events halted due to pandemic, it became clear to Michael that a timely pivot was due, and he rebranded the business to focus on real estate.
